Straps can go as small as needed with restriction to panel size.

It is the buyer's responsibility to measure their dog before purchasing. I do not issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for sizing mistakes made by the customer.

NOTICE: The D-rings on this vest are NOT meant for pull straps or handles of ANY SORT. They are purely for aesthetic purposes such as charms or patch tabs and will not withstand the weight of a pull strap; even for grounding. Leading Dog Gear is not responsible for damage due to misuse or improper handling.
